We collect account details you provide, traveler and booking information, reviews, communications with us, and technical information such as device, browser, approximate location, and usage events.

If you choose to save a traveler profile, we retain its name, date of birth, nationality, gender, and contact details until you edit or remove it. Payment-card and travel-document numbers are collected only when required by the secure booking provider and are not stored in TravelTal account records.

We use information to provide accounts, process bookings and payments, prevent fraud, support customers, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations.

We may send transactional messages about bookings and account security. Marketing messages are optional and can be disabled.

For hotel and flight searches and bookings, TravelTal shares the data needed to verify availability, create and service the reservation, collect payment, issue approved refunds, prevent fraud, and provide support with Nuitée Travel Limited and the applicable hotel, airline, or travel provider. Nuitée Travel Limited acts as an independent controller for its processing and provides its own privacy notice.

We share only the information needed with database, hosting, email, maps, security, and monitoring providers. We do not sell personal information.

We retain information while your account is active and as needed for bookings, accounting, disputes, fraud prevention, security, and legal requirements. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable law.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information by contacting privacy@traveltal.com, subject to identity verification and legal retention requirements. You can manage browser storage through your browser and revoke connected sign-in providers from their account settings.

We use access controls, encryption in transit, row-level database security, and a payment partner designed for regulated card processing. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate contractual safeguards are used.
